I fulfilled Eric Zaragoza through the magic of the World Wide Web. He is forthright and honest in his course through medical marijuana. I genuinely believe he wishes to succeed by others, that is why I selected to compose this short article. Eric is a kind male who thinks in the significance of healing over profit. A perfect fit.
Warren Bobrow=WB: Tell me about your business?
Eric Zaragoza=EZ: It’s a small nonprofit sun grown garden I went back to square one in 2017 in southern California. The primary thing I am dedicated to is using the land and building a healthy living soil for the future. A 2nd standard tool I make use of is planting crops that attract beneficial insects and let nature to blaze a trail and do its part instead of taking the much easier standard approach of using growth hormonal agents or spraying harmful pesticides, fungicides, insecticides or anything that’s going to pollute and poison the earth. Whatever is planted from seed in the spring and goes full-time up until the fall never ever seeing synthetic light it’s the very best way to respect mother nature in my opinion. Something else that I’ve practiced over time is going directly to people in public, social gatherings, cannabis events and sharing the cannabis I grow to promote the importance of regional small company and importance of having access to clean cannabis at no charge for patients. Cigarette smoking marijuana has been part of my life for 16 years now and what pushed me to make the move to grow my own was seeing the increase of Prop 64 and reading how all the unreasonable guidelines were impacting the clients and growers throughout California and Ventura County. On the flip side of that I like being outdoors in nature and smoking cigarettes cannabis so it went hand in hand and made more sense for me to grow marijuana instead of supporting companies I’ve never satisfied or heard of previously.
Initially I participated in a community college and took some sociology and psychology classes.
WB: Do you have a coach?
EZ: Yes, although growing up separately from my sibling Jason and sister Liza and my other sibling in prison at the time they always kept in contact and provided me favorable moral support.
WB: Did you constantly wish to do what you’re doing?
EZ: Certainly it’s a perfect match and a dream become a reality I use to inform my sis Liza about this back in2008
WB: Who influenced you?
EZ: Honestly I’m influenced by a handful of things and individuals however two individuals that stand out to me the most is my bro Jason who had the ability to go from sleeping on the floor with me to ending up being an attorney. Another person is my sibling Omar who invested 12 years behind bars and even experienced being locked down in the hole. He still handled to get out and turned his life around by predicting positive changes. That is so extremely motivating. I wish to be better at what I enjoy doing. (Passion!)
WB: What are your objectives in service?
EZ: I try not to believe too far ahead I’m simply concentrated on getting to harvest however one goal I have is to make outside growing more typical and be apart of school jobs to show the youth the significance of soil and planting your own garden. 6 and twelve month goal? A short term goal I have is to check the soil to be precise on anything that may require to be repaired. For a long term objective I ‘d say teaming up with a cbd company to make a strain or just to collaborate and do a line of cbd/thc infused topicals, tinctures. What about challenges? Barriers are all over I take a look at it like things can be even worse. My state of mind is to never stay down going against any challenge in life and show up on the top no matter what difficulty is thrown at me. What about preconceptions? The mistaken belief of the cannabis plant as being a money plant rather of being acknowledged for the therapeutic advantages.
